You get a complete cleaning that includes Floors, Windows(inside), Baseboards, Fans, Sinks, Tubs, Dishwashers And everything in the apartment or house.

**Carpets will be cleaned and smelling fresh. We use HOT water Extraction or steam cleaning to clean carpets.($65.00 for apartments& single story houses. $75 for 2 story houses)*

Windows will be cleaned to a streak free shine.(inside)

**We can also repair holes in walls. Remove carpet stains, Install Laminate floors, Install new Lights & Fans. 

**Wall** Washing walls is NOT included in the package price. Walls can be cleaned at an extra cost to you. (Range from $20.00 - $30.00 per room)

**Floor Scrubber** An electric floor scrubber can be used on really dirty floors. Call for details.

The Apartment Or House Must be rental property. The apartment or house must be VACANT. For a TOTAL APARTMENT cleaning the price is a FIXED $95.00 and covers all cleaning From top to Bottom.Have all the carpets Steam Cleaned for $65.00 more.

  The price for a rental house is Starts at $130.00 for 1 story or $165.00 for 2 story. Includes cleaning of the Interior from top to bottom. Add carpet for $65.00 for 1 story or $75.00 for 2 story houses.

If your house or apartment looks like the picture below it is NOT COVERED on the $95.00 package price. Houses like the picture below are cleaned by HHCS all the time and bid on a per job basis.
