A - Yes, We have References Available Upon Request.
Q- Who Will Be In My Home Or Business?
A - One Of The Owners Will Always Be In Your Home Or Business. (Unless There Is A Family Emergency Then You Will Be Notified In Advance If Another Family Member Or Manager Will Be There)
Q - Will Employees Have Keys Or Alarm Codes To My Home Or Business?
A - NO! (In The Event The Owners Of HHCS Are Not Available Due To Family Emergency A Member of our management Will Have That Info Or We Will Call You To Make Arrangements In Advance)
Q - What Is The Cost Of Your Services?
A - All Pricing Is Done On A Per Bid Basis.
Q - Do You Charge By The Hour?
A - No, We Charge By The Job.
Q - Will It Always Be The Same People In My Home Or Business?
A - Yes.
Q - Do You Guarantee Your Work?
A - Yes. If Its Not Done To Your Satisfaction We Will Come Back & Fix It Free Within 24 HRS.
Q - Are You Insured?
A - Yes. HHCS Is Bonded & Insured. We also have workers comp for our employees.
Q - Do You Allow Smoking By Employees In The Homes Or Business?
A - Absolutely Not! There Will Be No Smoking By Anyone On The Job.
